Meet the Team

Olivia oversees the strategic planning and management of Kids Club Kampala, working closely with the board of trustees to ensure the success of the charity. With a background in International Development, Olivia is passionate about reducing global poverty and empowering others to make a difference in the world. Along with Corrie, Olivia won the Global Champion Award at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in December 2013 for her work.

Sam’s life is dedicated to improving the welfare of children and women in the underprivileged communities of Kampala. A trained child consultant and development practitioner, Sam holds an MA in Community Participation and Strategic Management; a B.com – Information Systems from Sikkim Manipal University of India and a diploma in Business Studies from Makerere University Business School, as well as several certifications locally and internationally in the development and social work field.

Joanna oversees the strategic planning and management of Kids Club Kampala, working closely with the staff team to ensure we meet our objectives. 
Joanna is a former entrepreneur, whose background has been in the charity sector working for a variety of charities since 2013. Jo was formerly Head of Fundraising & Communications for Kids Club Kampala. Jo is passionate about sustainable development, social justice and equality.

With a background in Child Developmental Psychology, Corrie has a passion for seeing children living with hope and is also a trained family therapist. Along with Olivia, Corrie won the Global Champion Award at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in December 2013 for her work.
