Our patrons

Ugandan-British singer-songwriter Michael Kiwanuka is the patron of Kids Club Kampala. He is a Mercury Music Prize Winner (2020), three-time nominee and MOBO and BRIT Award nominee. Despite his huge success, he still finds time to serve as our patron and is passionate about our work.

Sheila Atim is a British - Ugandan actress, singer and model who was named as an MBE in 2019. After visiting our programmes in Kampala, Uganda in January 2025, Sheila was motivated to support the children, women and communities that she met in the slums. We are hugely grateful to have Sheila joining us on our mission to move children and families from surviving to thriving and are looking forward to seeing the great impact we can have through working together.
