Welcome to Kids Club Kampala!
We help kids in East Africa survive and thrive.
Who we are
Kids Club Kampala is a children’s charity with a Christian ethos working across East Africa.
Our mission is to transform children’s lives, empower communities, and reduce poverty throughout East Africa. We do this by meeting children’s and families’ immediate needs and strengthening their futures through child protection, access to education and family strengthening. Together, we can help more children not just survive, but thrive.
We envision a world where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. By remaining child-centred and prioritising the needs of the poorest, by 2035 we will have made a tangible impact in over 5 million lives.

The Mango Tree
We are delighted to announce that Kids Club Kampala and The Mango Tree have begun the process of partnering to increase our collective impact.
For the last few months, we have been working closely with The Mango Tree, an excellent organisation who have been delivering high social impact in communities across East Africa for the last twenty years. As they look to close their UK offices, we are helping them fulfil their promise to provide free education to vulnerable children in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.

Our new patron: Sheila Atim
We are delighted to introduce our latest patron, Sheila Atim! Sheila is a British - Ugandan actress, singer and model who was named as an MBE in 2019. After visiting our programmes in Kampala, Uganda in January 2025, Sheila was motivated to support the children, women and communities that she met in the slums.

We are hugely grateful to have Sheila joining us on our mission to move children and families from surviving to thriving and are looking forward to seeing the great impact we can have through working together.
